Things are grim at work. Grimmer this morning than last night. I got back late last night, trashed by a stressful day to find the nipper demonstrating his new talent. He has finally learned how to play his Jambone moothy and is … not bad at it. (Video to follow). The best thing about giving a 15 [...] Each lunch time at work I set with my workmates either in the kitchen or, if the weather is good, on the patio outside and chat about various things. We nearly always end of in a heated debate about something or other and it often involves a Google search of some sort for evidence in [...] Its a fab day outside this morning. Greek tonight so couldn’t cycle in. Pity cos its a perfect day. 2 senior NLD members were released from house arrest yesterday. Perhaps DASSK today, who knows. Things are going from worst to bad at last. Well, it was the Easter weekend. So I spent Good Friday and the next Saturday vegging. Telly, junk food and more telly. It was a slotharama. Meanwhile L started to paint the hall. She did the woodwork whilst i was supposed to be doing the high bits. But I was too pooped (i.e. lazy). So [...] Well, the carpet dudes are in the house as I speak. I managed to get back last night and clear all the junk outside the house into the skip in time. L came round and we lifted the cooker in as well (with the help of a neighbour). We pretty much filled the skip. The [...] |
